3. Definitions
Indicator refers to technical analysis scripts based on TradingView.
Signal refers to a notification or trigger generated when specific conditions are met.
Toolkit refers to a collection of analysis and visualization functions for real-time/delayed data.
Channel/Discussion Group/Forum refers to community spaces for user interaction and opinion exchange.
4. Service and Non-Investment Advice Disclaimer
The Service provides data visualization, analysis tools, and signals for various asset classes including stocks, futures, forex, and cryptocurrencies. However, the Service does not constitute investment advice or asset management services, nor does it guarantee profits. All investment decisions and resulting profits or losses are the sole responsibility of the User.
Information, signals, alerts, and strategy tester functions provided are for educational, research, and auxiliary purposes only. No guarantee is provided for results when applied to actual trading. The Company is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for losses caused by market data delays, errors, omissions, or interruptions.
5. Account Creation and Security
Users must provide accurate and current information and are responsible for protecting their account credentials.
Account sharing, renting, or selling is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice.
Use by minors or legally restricted persons is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
6. Subscription, Payment, and Refunds
The Service is provided as a paid subscription. Plans and pricing are posted on the separate pricing page.
Auto-renewing subscriptions will renew under the same conditions unless canceled before the renewal date.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may be limited once usage has begun (login, key issuance, receipt of signals, etc.). The right of withdrawal applies according to the posted policies and consumer protection laws.
Payment methods, taxes (e.g., VAT), and receipt issuance will be guided during the payment process.
7. Conditions of Use and Prohibited Activities
Reverse engineering, crawling/scraping, automated access, and unauthorized reproduction/distribution are prohibited.
Posting content or engaging in activities that violate third-party rights or laws is prohibited.
Acts that interfere with the normal operation of the Service or unauthorized use (illegal sharing, multiple simultaneous logins) are prohibited.
8. Data, Availability, and Third-Party Integrations
The Service may include data from third parties (TradingView, exchanges via API, etc.); control over the availability, accuracy, and delay of such data is limited.
Third-party trademarks and logos (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Upbit, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. Display issues will be improved through technical updates.
The Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or failures; the Company will provide notice within a reasonable scope.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Service and provided content (code, scripts, visuals, documents, etc.) belong to the Company or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the last 3 months.
The Company is not liable for indirect, special, punitive damages, or loss of profits.
11. Changes to Terms
The Company may amend these Terms. For major changes, notice will be provided within a reasonable time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
